3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices displayed on the Site are in EGP.
- We only accept payment methods shown at checkout.
- Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We may cancel or refuse any order due to:
- Payment authorization failure
- Incorrect pricing or product data
- Product out of stock
- Suspected fraud or misuse

In case of cancellation, the customer will be notified and refunded if payment has already been processed.

5. Shipping
Shipping terms, delivery times, and fees are detailed in our Shipping Policy.  
We currently ship within Egypt only.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase made through our website.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 weeks of shipping the return.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Merova will not be liable for:
